7 Oaks R. V. Park is located just off of US19 and Little Road in Hudson and is easy to reach by car or public transportation.
We ask our guests to follow a few simple park rules to ensure that everyone enjoys their time here with us. These rules will be provided to you once you arrive at the park or site. We ask that you read them carefully and sign and return them to the front office upon completion. Provided below are some of the more important ones:
1.This is an adult park. Children are allowed to visit up to two weeks per season, no exceptions.
2.There are no skateboards or roller blades/skates allowed within the park.
3.Garbage dumpsters are open from 9am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. Not on Holidays or weekends.
4.You must park your vehicle on your own site and if you have a guest they must acquire a visitors parking pass from the front office and will be directed as where to park during their stay.
5.Quite hours are from 10pm to 8am every day.
6. Park residents are only allowed two pets per household. There are no weight restrictions for dogs only breed restrictions. Please inquire @ Office (727) 862-3016.
7.Park rates are based on two person occupancy per site. An extra fee is charged ($1.50) per day for each individual over that amount and they must be approved by the office.
8.All guests/visitors whom wish to use the pool must be accompanied by the resident adult at all times.
Various federal, state and local laws govern certain activities at 7 Oaks R. V. Park. This includes the handling of firewood, water usage and other formalities.
